Bio: Kirsty started playing when she was younger with her brother and his friends. She started to play for Redditch United when she was 10 and it was there that she discovered goalkeeping and fell in love with it. Kirsty continued to play for Redditch all through the age groups until the 2018-2019 season. Whilst at Redditch Kirsty was privileged to be captain and coach the u14s and u16s for period of time. She had the joy of winning the league and league cup while at Redditch. Kirsty still a coaches outside of Leafield and enjoy all aspects of it. Kirsty moved to Leafield as it was a new challenge and she wanted to be a part of the unique culture that has been created within the team and the club itself.

Bio: Laura started playing grass roots football when she was 7 years old at Howden Clough and played with the boys team until U10s. This was the point boys and girls couldn’t play together so her dad set up a girls team at Howden Clough and that’s where she stayed until the open age team folded. Laura played for West Riding County for numerous years. It was at this point she joined Wakefield Ladies and took a big leap in the standard of football she was playing. Wakefield Ladies played in the North East Regional League. Due to qualifying as a PE teacher, Laura found herself a teaching job in Birmingham and seeked out Leafield Ladies as her local club and since then has thoroughly enjoyed playing with all the girls and under the management team they have.

Bio: Amy started playing football for Santiago Colts at the age of 6. Five years later she joined Birmingham City U12's. After spending two seasons at Birmingham, she went on to play for West Bromwich Albion and spent 3 seasons there. She also represented Worcestershire County. Amy then moved to Leafield Athletic where she captained the U18's and was awarded Managers Player of the Season. The following year, she moved up to play for their first team and was awarded Young Player of the Season. In 2016, she joined Redditch United Ladies where they won the League Cup and Amy got Managers Young Player of the Season. In the following season, Redditch won the league and cup double. After a change in management, Amy am now back at Leafield Athletic for the 18/19 season. Outside of football, Amy is in her third year at Worcester University studying Physical Education and Sports Studies. Amy has an FA level 1 qualification in football and a level 1 qualification in basketball. She also volunteers to help coach the county team and works for a company called Little Kickers, coaching 2-7 year olds.
Bio: Millie started playing at Leafield Athletic as an under 9 in 2010. She helped the team win the league at U12s and has played at Leafield ever since, currently in the U18's and First Team. In 2016-17 Millie captained her school football team (KEVIHS). She does a variety of sports outside of football (netball, rounders, badminton, skiing) and plays the violin (up to grade 7)

Bio: Sam started at Ledbury Swifts FC playing boys football from 9 until U12’s. She played U14’s football at 11 for Ledbury swifts girls as there were no boys teams. She played for Hereford County alongside this. Sam was picked up by Kidderminster harriers CoE at 13 and played there until she was 16 before joining West Bromwich Albion. Sam received Managers Player at Ledbury Swifts aged 14 and at Wolves aged 18. She started off as a winger, moved to left back at Kidderminster CoE and then centre midfielder aged 17 at Wolves.
- Bio: Ella joined Leafield Athletic at U10 and has reprented the club at all age groups. She won the Players’ Player Award at both U10 and U12 and helped the team win the league in 2013-14 and reach the final in the Open Cup in 2012-13. Ella won the Most Improved Player Award 2016-17

Bio: Holly started playing football at the age of 7 when she joined the Solihull based boys team Glades FC. She played at Glades FC for two seasons winning the Coaches Player of the Year award at the end of each season. In 2012 Holly joined Birmingham City Ladies RTC where she played for 6 seasons in the following age groups: U11, U13, U14, U15 and U16. Holly was awarded Coaches Player of the Year during her 2nd season in the U13s at the Blues. Holly has also represented her school, Tudor Grange Academy at football winning numerous trophies. She was also awarded the school’s prestigious ‘Young Sports Personality of the Year’ award in 2016 for her achievements in football. Holly now plays for Leafield Athletic Ladies U18 team and since turning 16 has gained a regular spot in the first team. Holly also represents West Midlands County in their U16 team.

Bio: Anna started at Headless Cross U10s which later became Inkberrow Eagle She played with a group of friends who she still gets to play with today. Anna decided to move to Coventry United and after 3 years moved to Redditch United. She played county football from year 7-11 and got the opportunity to go to Sweden for the Gothia Cup where they were crowned champions. Anna has also travelled to New York with This Girl Kicks.

Bio: Daisy was part of the squad that won the Gothia World Cup in Sweden 2017. She won the Players Player 2017 for WSFA, Most Improved Player 2012 at Birmingham City Ladies and Best Attacking Player 2018 for WSFA. Daisy played Worcester County for 4 seasons at U14 and U16 level. She has played in the ISFA national U16 squad for two seasons 2017-2019 and has recently received an England Regional call up.

Bio: Sofi grew up playing other sports. Having played a bit of junior football at her local club, Solihull Borough, in their U12s she fell in love with the sport. Having then gone onto university Sofi played socially for her university team and thought that would be it. After starting work and wanting to keep fit she joined the local team Redditch United.

Bio: Michelle Started playing for Aston Villa aged 10 and played all youth football there. She made the step into senior football by joining Leafield Athletic aged 16. Michelle played football at college amongst other sports and got awarded with the prestigious sportswoman of the year trophy in her second year after representing the West Midlands at football, volleyball and table tennis. She moved to Ferndale whilst at university before joining Kinshurst after she graduated. Michelle rejoined Leafield in 2015 to help out as a goalkeeper for the end of the season and stayed ever since - even winning managers player of the year during the 2017-18 season.

Bio: Alice played junior football for Redditch United from U12 to U16 and was a regular goal-scorer each season playing as a winger/striker. Alice won several end of season awards for her team including managers player of the year and top goal scorer at U16 level. She represented Worcestershire County at U16 level and went to Paris with the team to gain further experience. She made her debut for Redditch United ladies in the 2017-18 season and in the summer of 2018 she made the switch to Leafield Athletic where she plays for both the U18’s and First Team. Alice has been a regular starter for the First Team this season playing as a forward/winger and scored several important goals. Alice has been selected to join the This Girl Kicks tour to New York in 2019 where she will play representative college teams. Her speed and agility have added a different attacking option for the team.
